Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility: We accept returns only for items that are damaged or incorrect.
Condition: Item must be unused with all original tags and packaging intact and must be returned in its original packaging.
Return Window: Must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchanges: Must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Sale Items: Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

Refund Method: Refunds are only made in terms of a Store Credit.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Processing: Once the returned item passes inspection, refunds (in terms of store credit) will be processed after the order is picked up.
Final Decision: The company holds the authority to take the final decision in any case.
